The unique wine caddy is fashioned from two Bloomington Gold license plates
wrapped around two 4” chrome hubcaps and features a felt lining, a bottle cap/snap closure, an elastic strap to hold the bottle in place, an elastic holder for a wine opener and a 24” nylon strap.
